The company is looking for a lawyer who will be assisting shareholders in representing employers and management in all phases of labor and employment law, the litigation in state and federal courts will be included too, and before regulatory and administrative agencies and in arbitration matters.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Prepare and participate in all phases of employment law cases, from discovery to dispositive motion.
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various employment law matters
- Assist clients in drafting and reviewing handbook policies, employee agreements & contracts, restrictive covenants, separation and severance agreements, and independent contractor agreements
- Offer advice on employment law issues
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence to support client cases
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience: Two to three years of experience required.
- Computer Skills: Skilled with MS Office Suite
- Certificates & Licenses: Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
